The Type of Wedding You Should Have (Based on Your Star Sign)

Our zodiac sign are always there to guide us in times of need, and this case of wedding is no exception. Do you need a big white wedding or a quick service in a Las Vegas chapel? What color flowers should you have on each table? What food will you serve? We’ve got some ideas for every star sign!

Aquarius: January 20th – February 18th

Those of the Aquarius sign are known for their stunning imagination, but you can be a little unpredictable. The zodiac sign should anchor your creativity into a wedding that will wow the guests. Consider a fairytale style wedding to allow your imagination to run wild, with original table pieces, traditional foods and plenty of flower crowns. Connect with nature with an outdoor ceremony, and go barefoot for a simple effect, paired with a floaty dress.

Pisces: February 19th – March 20th

A Pisces zodiac sign is always caring and considerate, so plan a wedding that plays to your partner’s loves. Perhaps invite his old friends to perform as the band, or serve his favorite foods at the meal. You’re also set on your guests having a great time, and you would never be stingy when it comes to your big day. Plan a sumptuous buffet that will have each of your guests filled to the brim. Don’t forget your needs in the process – add a few little twists just for you to appreciate.

Aries: March 21st – April 19th

Aries zodiac sign women are some of the most daring – you love to stand out from the crowd, so why should your wedding be any different? Think outside the box. Don’t opt for the traditional white dress and church wedding if it doesn’t suit you. Choose fun colors to spice up the flowers, bridesmaid dresses, and the décor. When it comes to location, pick a place that no one can forget. Maybe even do something impulsive – Las Vegas wedding, anyone?

Taurus: April 20th – May 20th

As a Taurus, you, of course, have an eye for beautiful things. Deck yourself in a lace dress with flowers in your hair, and soft makeup tones are a necessity for a natural feel. Keep the décor classic and straightforward, but elegant. Roses are the perfect flowers for your big day – opt for a pale pink rose to keep the mood soft and magical. Simplicity doesn’t mean abandoning ambition, though! With proper planning and budgeting, you could afford a seaside wedding in Tuscany by the beach. Don’t resist an incredible location for your big day! You deserve it, after all.

Gemini: May 21st – June 20th

It wouldn’t be a Gemini wedding without a huge guest list! You’re sociable and outgoing, so the wedding should reflect that. Make it inclusive, but intimate, with an indoor venue big enough for all your friends, but small enough to feel close-knit. Go against tradition with a fun dress, or opt for a pale pink one if you don’t want to push the boat out too far. Of course, you must have a vast host of bridesmaids – you wouldn’t want to leave anyone out!

Cancer: June 21st – July 22nd

Your wedding is going to be a tear-jerker – it’s inevitable! You’re in touch with your emotional side, so your wedding should be too. That means an intimate church wedding for this zodiac sign, with a small group of treasured friends and family present. It means heartfelt speeches and romance – no jokes until the after party! For your dress, choose something that makes you feel comfortable in your skin. It’s your day, and your happiness comes first!

Leo: July 23rd – August 22nd

Any Leo loves to be the center of attention, so now’s your chance. It’s your big day in the spotlight, so go all out. Crowns, tiaras, and veils are a must to add that little extra to your wedding aesthetic. The décor should be bold – plenty of gold should do the trick! Make it a day people will remember, with fantastic music, great food and, of course, a beautiful bride. Don’t forget a blazing after-party too – that’s a must for any party-goer Leo!

Virgo: August 23rd – September 22nd

Pay attention to detail when planning the perfect Virgo wedding. It’s the little things from table ornaments to stunning flower displays that will make you most satisfied with your big day. Choose a dress that is unique and reflects you as a person. The location must be meaningful to you and your partner – after all, it’s the details that matter most.

Libra: September 23rd – October 22nd

Romance has to be at the heart of any Libra wedding. Keep in with blush tones and light, melodic music. A Libra’s ideal location would be somewhere like the beach or a simple garden wedding in your backyard.

Scorpio: October 23rd – November 21st

Any Scorpio wedding needs to be as dramatic as the woman with the zodiac sign hosting it. Look for ways to keep the marriage original and exciting – an unusual location is critical. A medieval theme would be fantastic, or why not stretch out to a masquerade theme to keep the guests entertained? You don’t want tradition. You want – and need – flair.

Sagittarius: November 22nd – December 21st

Any Sagittarius woman is filled with wanderlust. Have a small ceremony in a beautiful, secluded location before heading off an adventurous honeymoon with your partner. Keep the wedding simple – a cotton dress, bare feet, and minimal jewelry. It’s precisely the laid-back, yet stunning wedding you deserve as your zodiac sign says.

Capricorn: December 22nd – January 19th

Capricorns are used to all of their primary events being crowded in winter. Go for a spring or autumn wedding according to your zodiac sign, and fit your wedding aesthetic to match the season. For autumn, orange tones would meet beautifully with the bridesmaids, and greens and blues match the cool, but the breezy feel of spring. Keep the wedding itself practical and straightforward, but don’t be afraid to add a few original touches to keep your big day personal.
